Why Kaizen
Rigorous control processes, now for SMEs and FDI companies
Whether you are an FDI company new to Vietnam or an SME reaching for the world, Kaizen Accounting helps you master local tax so you can trade globally with confidence.

Kaizen does not sell ordinary bookkeeping. We sell complete peace of mind so you can focus on growing your business.
Our founding story
The things business owners do not know they do not know
When a crisis hits a business owner, it rarely comes from the product or the sales process. It comes from the things they do not know they do not know.
Having started our careers at Big4 firms and spent more than 17 years in accounting and tax, we have protected multinational companies with the strictest risk-control processes. When we founded Kaizen, we brought that entire mindset and standard to SMEs and FDI companies - businesses that used to settle for cheap accounting services that left countless "time bombs" in their books.
Kaizen is Japanese for continuous improvement. Every month, our clients' books should be cleaner, their risk lower and their reports more useful than the month before.
Our core advantage triangle
Three pillars that make the difference
A risk-control mindset
Every figure goes through 3 rigorous layers of review before filing. We say NO to box-ticking filings.
Lean fees for SMEs & FDI
You get the advisory capability of a senior tax expert for roughly the cost of a mid-level in-house accountant.
Digital, transparent management
Documents are digitized and processed on dedicated accounting software, so your figures stay current. You know your tax position without waiting for year end.

Our manifesto
Kaizen Accounting is known for its deep command of tax practice in Vietnam - proud to help hundreds of FDI companies and SMEs enter the market with confidence, through careful protection on tax policy, financial control built on up-to-date information, and lean local accounting operations.

Choose Kaizen
8 things an in-house accountant can hardly do alone
For FDI companies and SMEs weighing an outside firm against hiring an in-house accountant.
1
Experience for more situations
A young accountant fresh out of school has not met enough cases and struggles to keep up with changing law. Kaizen does this work for 95+ companies, with the right specialist for tax, payroll, social insurance and FDI.
2
You don't have to check your accountant
Business owners rarely have the tax expertise to know whether their accountant is right or wrong, and by the time they find out it is late. At Kaizen, files go through 3 layers of review before filing, and you have experts to ask before you decide.
3
The cost of one person, a whole team behind it
The cost is about the same as hiring one mid-level accountant, yet you have a whole team of experts advising and supporting you. No social insurance, bonuses or leave to cover for one employee, and the fee follows the real volume of work.
4
No break when staff change
An accountant resigns, falls ill or goes on maternity leave, and your books still run on time. You don't lose months hiring and training someone new, and digitized documents don't go missing in a handover.
5
Not alone before the tax authority
When you must explain something or an inspection team arrives, someone used to this work represents you, with a clear file and clear reasoning. Gaps also get spotted early, before anyone asks.
6
Who holds the money is not who keeps the books
One person doing both invites errors and fraud. With an independent firm, the two jobs are separate from the start. Payroll figures also stay out of a colleague's hands, and an outsider will tell you the risks plainly.
7
In the AI era, numbers need someone answering for them
Invoices, bank statements and returns are matched against each other every day, so gaps surface sooner than before. Software keeps books faster, but a qualified person still has to read them again, know what is worth worrying about and answer for each number.
8
When something goes wrong, the company carries it
When staff make a tax mistake, the company and its legal representative still answer to the tax authority. Labor law protects employees, so claiming compensation from one is usually very hard. Preventing mistakes with a reviewed process is always cheaper than fixing them later.
