Core services

Three things that must be right every month, so you can focus on the business

If the books are wrong at the source, every financial statement is a time bomb. Accurate bookkeeping shows you the true health of your business and lets you sleep well.

What Kaizen commits to

  • Review and match 100% of input/output invoices with tax authority data within the month.
  • Control and classify deductible expenses in line with CIT rules.
  • Track and clear advances, outstanding payables/receivables and inflated cash balances.

  • Close the books monthly and deliver a cash-flow management report to the owner.

Tax Reporting

Tax is not a punishment; it is an obligation that deserves professional management. Proper compliance removes the risk of back taxes and late-payment penalties.

  • Flag unusual expense ratios against industry averages before filing.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and CIT/PIT finalization, reviewed in 3 layers before filing.
  • Represent you and defend the figures whenever the tax office asks.
  • Apply the latest tax exemptions, reductions and deferrals for your company.

Payroll & Social Insurance

Quản trị lương & BHXH

Staff costs are a large share of expenses yet often carry PIT and social insurance risks because contracts and documents are not aligned.

What Kaizen commits to

  • Design pay structures (salary, allowances, benefits) that lawfully optimize social insurance cost.
  • Run payroll, register dependants' tax codes and optimize employees' PIT.
  • Align employment contracts, pay policy and bank payment records.
  • Handle social, health and unemployment insurance filings and periodic labor reports.
  • Manage in-depth PIT risk for executives and expatriates (FDI).

How we work

One standard, three distinct processes

Every Kaizen service runs on the same 5-step framework. But bookkeeping, tax filings and payroll carry different risks, so each service has its own way of working at every step.

12 months, matching one annual accounting cycle.

How much notice do we give to end the contract?

30 days. Kaizen completes the current period and hands everything over before stopping.

How is the service fee paid?

By bank transfer, monthly.

Do we pay more in a month with unusually many documents?

No. The fee follows a document-volume band. Only if volume stays above the band for 3 months in a row do we discuss an adjustment, always with notice.

Kaizen hands over the full books, e-documents and tax files, with a handover record signed by both sides.
